Three Piece Flat Top Concrete Tornado Shelter - 3'8"x5'8"x5'10"
The only three piece shelter we sell. It has a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door closer, a 6" vent and 8" wind turbine. The metal steps fold in against the wall for more space. It will house 3-5 people comfortably. This flat top can be installed with our mini excavator and is the best option for very small yards. For installation it will need 8' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.

This is our small flat top unit. It will house 5-7 people comfortably. It comes with a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door closer, a 6" vent and 8" wind turbine. For installation it will need 9' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.
